I run across so many great resources related to STEAM and creating maker spaces and so I decided to create a resource list. This post is as much for me to have all of the resources I have found and want to revisit as it is for anyone reading. Hope you find something useful. I find so many great sites and resources but don't keep them at my finger tips, this will be a frequently added to post as I find new resources and rediscover ones I have lost.
STEAM specific resources:
http://www.instructables.com/class/3D-Printing-Class/ - 17 free lessons about 3D printing, great place to start if you are just getting into 3D printing, and some good reminders for veteran printers. Really just the whole instructables site is an amazing place to start when looking for ideas.

Makerspace resources:
https://newmatter.com/ - Looking for a good, easy to use, reasonably prices, sturdy 3D printer? Maybe this is it.
https://www.makerspaces.com/ Great place to start, if you don’t know what you need and to get project ideas.

Books
Invent to Learn by Sylvia Libow Martinez and Gary Stager, Ph.D - this book explores making and how to get started in the classroom.
Cultivating Curiosity in K-12 Classrooms by Wendy L. Ostroff - tips and techniques to bring out and nurture curiosity in the classroom
Great project ideas:

I would love to hear about other great resources, leave a comment and share.
