I am addicted to my PLN on Twitter and Google+. I have and continue to curate both locations to meet my needs and passions as an educator. I feel like I learn more in 20 minutes on my Twitter feed than in all the mandatory PD I sit through. For someone like me who loves to innovate and and try out new ideas in my classroom a carefully crafted PLN is essential.
I am getting ready to share my excitement for PLNs with those teachers at my school who are interested. To help navigate and get started I have created a quick little Google Site. I thought I would post it up here as very basic tutorial about getting started with PLNs. It is a work in progress, I will tweak it as I get feedback.
